Returns/exchanges of items in unused, clean condition are accepted within 30 days of customer's receipt of order. A refund/credit will be issued upon the returned/exchanged item's receipt and inspection of returned items. Exchanged items will ship as soon as the original item is received.
We only ship to destinations within the contiguous 48 United States. Order processing time for sling sizes listed is usually 1-2 days, but may be longer for custom or mass quantity orders. Larger quantity orders or bulky/large item orders may be shipped LTL Freight if customer approves and has forklift access at ship to address.
