Shipping Policy
Orders totaling $250 or more qualify for free UPS Ground shipping. Shipping costs for orders under $250 will be calculated at checkout using the total weight of items in the order. A $2 handling charge will apply.
We only ship to destinations within the contiguous 48 United States.

Expedited or next day shipping can be added by request for an additional fee.
Larger quantity orders or bulky/heavy/large item orders may be palletized and shipped LTL freight if customer approves and has forklift access at their ship to address. Please call or email us to request these particular shipment methods.

Order processing time for sling sizes listed is usually 1-2 days, but may be longer for custom or mass quantity orders.

Below is a color coded map illustrating estimated shipping time as provided by UPS. Please note this map is only an estimate, as variables like weather and holidays may affect ship time.
Return/Exchange Policy
Returns/exchanges may be made within 30 days of customer's receipt of their order.
A refund or credit (minus an $8 restocking fee) will be issued upon Hunter, Inc.'s receipt and acceptable inspection of the returned/exchanged items. Exchanged items will ship as soon as the original item is received.
Return/exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless a shipment or order mistake was made by Hunter, Inc., in which case all shipping costs required to correct the order will be covered by the company.
Return of all Non-Stock Items that are not defective in design or manufacture will only be accepted for return if Hunter, Inc.’s supplier of the goods will accept the return of the goods from Hunter, Inc. or otherwise in the absolute discretion of Hunter, Inc. All Non-Stock Items returned by the Purchaser under this clause shall incur a restocking fee of 25% of the total tax invoice price for those Non-Stock Items plus any freight costs incurred by Hunter, Inc., plus any re-stocking fee payable by Hunter, Inc. to its supplier.
The Purchaser acknowledges that the restocking fees are a genuine pre-estimate of the additional costs and damage suffered by Hunter, Inc. in accepting returns on the conditions specified in this clause.
Hunter, Inc. will under no circumstances accept a return or be liable to accept a return of goods which; (a) are manufactured for a custom order or manufactured using the purchaser’s specifications (unless the goods are determined by Hunter, Inc. to be defective in manufacture or materials); or (b) have been damaged or otherwise rendered unsaleable.
