Shipping Policy
Orders totaling $200 or more qualify for free UPS Ground shipping. Shipping costs for orders under $200 will be calculated at checkout using the total weight of items in the order. A $2 handling charge will apply.
We only ship to destinations within the contiguous 48 United States.

Expedited or next day shipping can be added by request for an additional fee.
Larger quantity orders or bulky/heavy/large item orders may be palletized and shipped LTL freight if customer approves and has forklift access at their ship to address. Please call or email us to request these particular shipment methods.

Order processing time for sling sizes listed is usually 1-2 days, but may be longer for custom or mass quantity orders.

Below is a color coded map illustrating estimated shipping time as provided by UPS. Please note this map is only an estimate, as variables like weather and holidays may affect ship time.
Return/Exchange Policy
Returns/exchanges of items in unused, clean condition are accepted within 30 days of customer's receipt of an order. A refund/credit will be issued upon the returned/exchanged item's receipt and inspection of returned items. Exchanged items will ship as soon as the original item is received. Return/exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless a shipment mistake was made by Hunter, Inc., in which case all shipping costs required to correct the order will be covered by the company.
